How is your summer reading going?
We’ve been traveling and helping extensively with our church’s Vacation Bible School as well as beginning a little summer school (more on that later!), hence, my absence from the blog.
Where I live in the Midwest, temperatures are to the upper eighties and into the nineties already.
That's too much heat for me. I'm like Marcy from Peanuts. When it becomes difficult to breathe outside because of the heat and humidity, I'll stay inside in the air conditioning, sipping a glass of iced tea, and reading a favorite novel. {Aren't they all favorites?}
While we were away, a lovely box of books was delivered!
